On Behalf of all of us at Indy GreekFest, a Heartfelt Thank you to our Community and Volunteers!
As we close the chapter on another incredible Indianapolis Greek Festival, our hearts are overflowing with gratitude. GreekFest 2026 was more than just a festival. It was a joyful celebration of culture, tradition, and community, made possible by each and every one of you.
To our neighbors, parish family, and friends from across Indianapolis and beyond—thank you. Your presence, your laughter, and your spirit of fellowship brought our grounds to life. From the first bite of Gyro to the last notes of the bouzouki by the George Karras Band, it was your energy and enthusiasm that made the weekend unforgettable.
We are especially grateful for the dedication of our countless volunteers—our parishioners, youth, and friends who worked tirelessly in the kitchen, chairing booths, parking, hospitality, pastries, in the sanctuary, supplies, on the dance floor, at the marketplace, behind the scenes and beyond.
Every piece of meat lovingly marinated, every dance performed, every smile offered was an act of Christ like love that shone brightly throughout the weekend.
We also extend our heartfelt thanks to our sponsors and community partners, whose generous support helps us share our culture and traditions year after year.
Most importantly, we thank God for blessing our Cathedral community with the opportunity to open our doors and share our Faith and our Hellenic heritage with all of you. GreekFest is, at its heart, a ministry of hospitality, and we are humbled to see it continue to grow and flourish.
