Entertainment Schedule

Puppet shows occur every 90 minutes!

The Holy Trinity Hellenic Dance Troupes perform at these times:

  • 6 – 6:30 p.m. – Kindergarten through 5th Grade Group
  • 7:30 – 8 p.m. – Middle School through High School Group
  • 8 – 8:10 p.m. – Learn to Greek Dance!
  • 9:30 – 10 p.m. – Adult Group
  • 10 – 10:15 p.m. – Learn to Greek Dance!

Music by George Karras will be performed at these times:

  • 4 p.m. – 11 p.m.

Greek Cooking Demonstrations will be presented at these times:

  • 5 p.m – John Pasyanos prepares Horiatiki (a tomato village salad) and Kyianas (breakfast tomatoes with eggs)
  • 6 p.m – Bob Mandich prepares Mediterranean Lamb Shanks
  • 7 p.m – Stephanie Anderson prepares classic, Greek Chicken
  • 8 p.m – Dean Antonopoulos prepares Chicken Souvlakia
